THE ORIGINS

André Jacques
André Jacques is a growth and innovation strategist with a track record spanning corporate leadership, academia, international consulting, and agencies. At Super Bock Group and Carlsberg Group, he rose from intern to CMO in under a decade. He served as Vice-Dean of Porto Business School, leading the innovation and international management agenda, and strengthened his credentials with an Ivy League MBA in the United States. Based between Portugal and Japan, he's the founder of A JOLT, who works with leaders on strategy, international expansion, ecosystems, and performance with a clear focus on results.

Tiago Barquinha
Tiago Barquinha is a brand and experience architect with over 25 years of experience in branding and business-driven creativity.
He founded Mojobrands and has led projects for large-scale brands with high operational demands, turning strategy into actionable systems, experiences, and real customer touchpoints. He holds degrees in Management and Communication/Advertising, and also teaches as a guest lecturer in marketing and management programs.
